Crewing (Offshore) (Corporate)

  • Recruit, select and plan offshore staff to vessels/platforms etc.
  • Keep workforce base up-to-date
  • Keeping a check on certification, diplomas and certificates
  • External switching but also with internal departments such as Operations and the QHSE department

Human Resource assistance

  • Register and administrate the payroll administration; input of timesheets, leave hours and other administrating tasks
  • Registering and administrating  for the ocupational health services, contact person between employee and occupational health services
  • Making Plans of Action, First and Second Year Evaluation
  • Keeping up to date of  general documents for HR processes; appraisals, salary increases and others
  • Partly responsible for processes related to all contract changes, dismissal and assumption of employees
  • Making checklists regarding all HR processes so that a clear administration can be applied
  • Organize training courses ( internal/external)
  • Responsible for car fleet (ordering, administration, contact person between employee and leasing company)
  • Making appointments for regular training, medical examinations and other
  • Recruiting and selecting new employees

Temporary reception work

  • Welcome guests
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Supporting operational departments, etc.
  • Handling inbound telephone and e-mail traffic
